As with any profession, networking with peers is essential for ongoing development.
We are very active online, building relationships with like-minded DJ's and organisations, with a long term view of improving service levels that we, and our colleages can offer.

SEDA (South Eastern Discotheque Association) covers the entire south-east of the UK (although some members are from further afield!)
SEDA started in 1974, with a view to promoting a professional approach to DJing. Things have certainly moved on, with many rules and regulations that were non-existant in "the good old days".
One benefit of SEDA is regular meetings, which provide excellent networking opportunities, and also many discounts and updates.
Members also have a code of Practice to adhere to, and Dance Sounds Disco follow this for all bookings.
