How to Book Dance Sounds Disco

We have a simple Quotation Form that will should cover most basic questions about your event.

1. Contact us to provide information about your event. You are under no obligation but the information will be important to base our quote. We will normally try to give a verbal quotation unless we need more information on the venue.
2. Providing the quotation is acceptable to you, we will then request a deposit to confirm the booking.
3. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will then post our Booking Pack. This package will contain:
   • Written acceptance of the booking, stating date and times of attendance.
   • An optional event questionaire, if you have any special requests, and do's & don'ts, you can list them here.
   • A printed copy of our terms and conditions
