Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
2. Once a deposit is received, we will hold the date for your event.
3. Deposits are non-refundable.
   
4. Final Payment must be received in full prior to the day of the event.
   If we do not receive funds 1-week before the event, we will contact you to ensure we can receive payment in time.
5. Venues:
   
   • Some venues have sound level monitors which will restrict the level of the music, cutting power if the level gets too high. Please be aware that this will be outside of our control.
   • Venues with stairs/difficult access may incur additional costs due to the increased work and risk of moving heavy and expensive equipment.
6. Insurance. We are covered by Public Liability insurance. This will provide insurance cover for the venue and your guests from our equipment. If an accident is caused by a guest, we reserve the right to claim against the guest for our damages.
